Who do you think you are? Be positive and confident today. Focus on what you
CAN and WILL do and not on what you cannot. Did you know that some scientists estimate that 85% of our inward thoughts are
negative? 85%! That is FAR too much negative thinking.
So today avoid the negative self-talk and focus on what you are and what
you
can and will do. Your thoughts become your feelings. Remember that: Your
thoughts BECOME your feelings. Control your thoughts, you control your
feelings!
