Whatever your life's work is, do it well. A man should do his job so well that the living, the dead, and the unborn could do it no better -Martin Luther King, Jr.

Whatever your life's work is, do it well. A man should do his job so well that the living, the dead, and the unborn could do it no better -Martin Luther King, Jr.

Being excellent is liberating and empowering. We can do this in EVERY ASPECT of our lives. We EXCEL!

We are all designed and destined for excellence. Excellence also builds on itself. Starting in the morning; be excellent at preparing for your day. Make an excellent cup of coffee or tea. Make excellent eggs or cereal. How can cereal be excellent? Make sure its nourishing and healthy-excellent choice! Be excellent at your commute, don't drive aggressively despite what the other does. YOU EXCEL. Be in the habit of being consciously aware of how you are performing EACH task. Living in EACH moment. If you are in the habit of going through the motions in how you conduct the smaller mundane things, it has a way of creeping into the bigger aspects of your life. So fight the urge of "mundanity (insanity and mundane put together [smile])"  Relish every moment, and be excellent at every task. If you perform at an excelling level at every task then the entire body of your work-your life- WILL be excellent!

Be Excellent
