The quality, not the longevity, of one's life is what is important. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The quality, not the longevity, of one's life is what is important. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Dr. King, what an amazing person. Yet another great quote. How would you rate the quality of your life? I once worked in the EMS field and spent many years taking patients to and from homes, hospitals and nursing homes. Some would live this way for many years. They "lived" for many years but sadly they didn't really live much at all (feeding tubes, vents, etc). Can you increase the quality or personal satisfaction in YOUR life. There are many ways. One excellent way would be volunteering in your community or if that isn't possible, then donating to a cause you feel especially fond of. There are many ways to enrich the quality of your life. lets count the ways we can do that instead of counting the years as they pass us by. Its getting cold outside, do you REALLY need all those coats in your house? Even if YOU are receiving government aid of some sort can you use it to help others? Everybody is hurting now and not monetarily. The goal is to Enrich the lives of others so in doing so YOU will be ENRICHED!

Have a great day tomorrow - enriching the quality of your life!
