If Microsoft waited until MS Word was perfect it would never have been released. Instead, we have a functioning tool that hopefully continues to get better. What version are we on now anyway, like 10 right? The point is sometimes you have to go with the best available version of yourself. It may not be perfect but if you keep waiting for perfection, well keep waiting!
However, that does not preclude you from a regiment of continuous self-improvement.
Question: When was the last time you read a book that dealt with personal improvement in some aspect?
That is part of continually making yourself better. If you haven't done so you should go to Barnes and Nobles and check out the personal improvement or business reading sections. Take queues from those who have been successful and see what you can do to adapt their success to your own life.
