We recently lost Dr. Ride to cancer and I felt bad because I had never featured her on TMQOTD. I searched out some of her words and saw this quote which struck me as simple, yet mindful.

Fear is what holds people back from making changes that could have a dramatically positive effect in their life. Don't let fear hold you back. Let it hold others back but not you.
