Read, study, learn, repeat as necessary. Self-development is critical to your advancement. You must believe that you have ability in something. Have you found yours yet? It may take some deep introspective meditation, but it is there. I like the idea of pruning. You take a flower and take away the leaves that detract from its luster and you have a beautiful flower.
You are the same - even you guys. Yeah we can all be beautiful flowers. Really, the point is find out what you have a natural inclination and ability to excel in and DEVELOP it through study.
