Fresh air impoverishes the doctor- Danish Proverb

I’ll keep this one short and sweet. With so many technical distractions we could probably spend hours upon hours sheltered up in our homes and ignoring the outside world. Well this is a reminder to get out and smell the fresh air. Enjoy each day!

Go for a walk; take up photography or bird watching. Remember your childlike enthusiasm for staying outside all day? Well rekindle your inner child.
