Hating by hesitation. They don't want you to succeed so they attempt to dissuade you and fill your head with doubt. Make you hesitate and therefore HOLD YOU BACK!
When you feel confident about something and you have no doubt? Then move ahead, move upward and and move on!
There is a reason why some voting topics need not be unanimous but only the majority. Because very rarely will you get unanimous agreement on a matter. So too in YOUR life. However, the difference is YOU hold the voting majority. When you have made a decision -then do it and most importantly- SEE IT THROUGH!
