Will You Choose to Spark Change in the World? 6-16-11

"I'm not saying I'm gonna change the world, but I guarantee I will spark the brain that will change the world" -Tupac Shakur

Yes Tupac Shakur would have turned 40 today. He was only 25 when he died and he held TREMENDOUS sway over young people; black and white alike. Many wonder what kind of influential man he'd be if he was still alive-15 years later. Think about some of the most influential leaders of the past century. Imagine what impact their life would have had if they had been cut down at 25? What if George Washington died as at 25 or Abraham Lincoln? What about Mahatma Gandhi or Mother Theresa? If they all died at 25 what effect would have they had on the world? Imagine if JFK were still alive or if MLK still was with us. Imagine if Malcolm X was killed while still in his youthful, angry day days and didn't get a chance to develop into a true leader and peaceful agent of change he became in his later years (yet he was still only 39)?. Imagine if you were did not make it to 25? How the world would have missed you! The point today is even though you may not personally and single-handedly change the world, you WILL spark the minds of those around you. Sometimes it will be for better or for worse but that is a CHOICE we all must make. A choice parents, friends, teachers, employees, coworkers, in fact everyone must make. So if you are fortunate enough to be reading this it means you are ALIVE and you should use your time to SPARK the minds of others around you! What a truly amazing impact THAT will have in this world. I also gauruntee that you will spark your own mind too!

Have a great day and a better tomorrow!
